Onsen Japan will not be running a spring 2019 group tour; however, if you've been thinking about taking a trip to Japan time is running out for getting hotels booked if you plan to see the cherry blossoms. While we always recommend people book up to 6 months in advance for the best availability, by January many popular hotels are already booked solid.
